Sekine went 19-7 at second singles during her senior season on the tennis court. She finished with a 5-1 record in SWBL Buckeye Division play. Thanks to her efforts, the Eagles finished second in the Buckeye Division with a 5-1 record, while accumulating a 14-3 overall record. Sekine was 7-4 at second singles her junior season and 8-8 her sophomore season.
Anthony Valenti
Senior, Valley View Football
Valenti scored three touchdowns and had 77 yards rushing on five carries in Valley View’s 31-15 victory over CHCA in the Division V regional semifinals on Friday, Nov. 14. The SWBL’s Offensive Player of the Year also added two catches for 51 yards and had an interception on the defensive side of the ball.
